What Our Warranty Covers
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials, for as long as you own your ring:
- Manufacturing defects — cracking, breaking, or discoloration not caused by misuse
- One free resizing — get the perfect fit, or a reduced-cost replacement if a second resize is needed
- Polish & finish protection — your ring's shine and structural integrity are guaranteed
What Is Not Covered
To keep this warranty fair and sustainable for every customer, it does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, abuse, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear (minor surface scratches)
- Lost or stolen rings
- Rings altered by a third party (engraving, resizing, or repairs done outside RealTungsten)
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email contact@realtungsten.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Our team reviews every claim within 48 hours
- Once approved, we send you repair or replacement instructions
- You cover return shipping — we cover shipping the replacement back to you
