What is tungsten carbide?
Tungsten carbide is one of the hardest and most durable metals used in jewelry. It's scratch-resistant, hypoallergenic, and holds a permanent polish, which makes it ideal for rings that are built to last.
Will my tungsten ring scratch or tarnish?
Tungsten is highly scratch-resistant and will not tarnish or fade. However, while it's incredibly hard, it can still chip or crack if dropped on a hard surface.
Are your products hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our tungsten jewelry is crafted from premium, skin-safe materials and is free of nickel or irritants.

How do I find my ring size?
Visit our Size Guide for easy at-home sizing methods and a conversion chart. If you're unsure, we recommend getting sized at a local jeweler for accuracy.
What if I order the wrong size?
No worries. We offer a free ring size exchange. See our Free Size Exchange Policy for the details and how to start an exchange.
🔹 Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
a. Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Rings marked "Made to order" are crafted after you order and are processed within 2 to 7 days. You'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
b. Delivery time
Standard delivery usually takes:
- United States: 7 to 15 business days
- International: 10 to 20 business days

What does "Made to order" mean?
Some of our rings are made after you place your order instead of being kept in stock. These rings take 2 to 7 days to make before they ship. This is shown on each product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. In addition to the United States, we ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and the United Arab Emirates.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in their original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are available for size adjustments or product swaps. Contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Every order comes in premium packaging, perfect for gifting. No pricing is included in the box.
