At RealTungsten.com, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our goal is to make sure you have a smooth experience while maintaining fair order processing procedures.

1. Order Cancellation Window

We accept order cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund.

2. After 2 Hours

Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
In that case, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange once you receive your item — please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details.

3. Pre-Order and Custom Orders

Orders for engraved, custom-sized, or personalized rings cannot be cancelled once production has started.
We strongly recommend reviewing your customization details carefully before placing your order.

4. Refund Processing

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
