At RealTungsten, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly, securely, and reliably. Below you'll find everything you need to know about processing times, delivery windows, and tracking your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If your order is delayed beyond this window for any reason, we'll notify you by email as soon as possible.
2. Shipping Times & Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:
United States Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 business days
International (Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates) Estimated delivery: 10 to 15 business days
These are estimated delivery windows starting from the date your order ships, not the date it was placed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather events, or high shipping volumes, particularly around holidays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey to your door at any time.
If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@realtungsten.com.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's customs agency. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions.
5. Shipping Issues
If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at contact@realtungsten.com with your order number. We'll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping FAQ
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days for US customers, and 10 to 15 business days for international customers, after the 1-3 business day processing window. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. In addition to the United States, we currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and the United Arab Emirates.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
Possibly, depending on your country. Customs duties and taxes are set by your local government and are not included in your order total. We're not able to predict or cover these charges, as they vary by destination.
Can I expedite my shipping?
At this time, we offer standard shipping only. We're working on adding expedited options in the future — check back or contact us if this is a priority for your order.
Why hasn't my tracking number updated?
Tracking updates can occasionally lag by 24-48 hours, especially right after a package changes carriers or crosses into a new country during customs processing. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
Email us at contact@realtungsten.com with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and get you a resolution, whether that's a replacement or a refund.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at contact@realtungsten.com and we'll do our best to update it. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change the delivery address.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.
Will my tungsten ring set off airport security or metal detectors?
This is a common question, and it's not shipping-related but worth knowing: tungsten carbide is a metal, so yes, it can trigger a metal detector just like any other ring. It won't cause any issues at airport security beyond what you'd expect from wearing a standard wedding band, and it's completely safe for travel.
Do you ship orders in discreet packaging?
Yes. Your order arrives in secure, understated packaging with no indication of the contents or value on the outside, so you don't have to worry about privacy during transit.
What carrier delivers my order?
We work with a combination of trusted carriers depending on your destination, selected to balance speed and reliability. Your tracking number will show exactly which carrier is handling your shipment once it's on the way.
